What is a Small Group?
Small Groups are home-based groups that meet weekly for friendship, spiritual growth and interaction with God’s Word.
When do groups meet?
Small Groups meet throughout the week. The majority of them meet mid-week, but some meet on the weekend as well.
Where do groups meet?
Small Groups meet in the comfort of homes throughout the Hutto area.
What happens in a group?
People of all ages meet in the comfort of a living room. A typical group meeting will include food, conversation, Bible study, and prayer. Groups will also do many social activities outside of their normal group meetings.
How long is a group meeting?
Anywhere from 1.5 to 2 hours.
What about my kids?
Many of our small groups have childcare arrangements for young children with babysitters in the same home or a nearby home. Our small group map will identify which groups have childcare available.
How do I pick a group?
We do sign-ups for groups three times a year - Spring, Summer, and Fall, usually in January, May and September. See above for our next sign-ups. Groups last for 12-weeks. Once the semester has finished, you will have a chance to sign up again for the same group or choose a new group.
